Have you ever cooked something in an oven ?
You turn the dial to the temperature that you want . When it reaches that temperature , you put in whatever you are cooking.
You don't have to re-adjust the temperature. It keeps more or less the same.
How do you think that is happens ?
Inside the oven there is a thermostat. It keeps the oven at the temperature you want .
If the thermostat detects that the oven is getting too hot , it switches the heater off .The oven temperature drops.
If the temperature falls too low then the thermostat switches the heater back on again. The oven temperature rises again.
This is an example of feedback.
Information about the oven temperature is fed back to the thermostat. It acts by either switching the heater on or off .
There are feedback systems at work in your body.😃😃😃😃
